Abstract Ocean Depth Study
36 × 24” inches
This piece explores the layered nature of water. What we see on the surface and what exists just beneath.
Deep blues move across the canvas in soft, shifting currents. Lighter tones emerge and recede, creating a sense of motion that feels both calm and powerful at once.
There is no fixed horizon here. No defined edge. Just depth, atmosphere, and the feeling of being fully immersed.
Depending on the light, the painting reveals new tones throughout the day. Sometimes brighter, sometimes more subdued.
Custom framed in maple, the lighter wood offers contrast to the deeper tones within the painting. Handmade in Portland, Oregon.
Shipping available at buyer’s expense.
Signed and dated by artist Jodi Kendall.
